The team travelled to Calry for the second time in a month for this league fixture on Saturday evening. Both teams had to field without their county U21 players.

The home team got off to a blistering start and were leading 1-2 to no score after 10 mins. However we started to get to grips with their running game and Kevin Langan got us off the mark from play followed by a free. The last 10 mins of the half saw us pin the home them back further and with points from Paul Kilcullen and Kevin Langan left the halftime score at 1-3 v 0-4.

In the second half we were the team to get off to a fast start with points from Kevin Langan one feom play the other a free. This was quickly followed by a rifle to the roof of the net by Niall Judge after an assist from Brian Curley. We now lead by 3 points but the home side started to eat into the lead and took the lead with 2 minutes remaining. However we moved up the field and a cross field pass by Niall Judge found Kevin Langan, who went pass a defender and then put over the equaliser with his left from 40 metres with what turned out to be the last kick and finishing with a scoreline of 1-8 v 1-8.
