Frank Kelly Milk Run - Thank You:
The club and finance committee would like to thank everyone that helped out for the 5K Run again this year. There are too many people to name. To the organisers, stewards, participants, people in the kitchen, administrators, time keepers and supporters a huge go raibh míle maith agat. It is a fitting day each year to remember Frank Kelly, one of our club's stalwarts who gave so much to the club and community for years. We look forward to this event again next year. Results can be found on our facebook page.

Cow Dung Festival
The annual cow dung festival is back again this year on the 23rd and 24th of August. Make sure to keep the date free in your diary. Guaranteed to be a great weekend for all the family. Saturday night in the community centre we have Pat's Country Roadshow and DJ Mark. Festival rose is also picked on the night where local businesses will be represented. On Sunday we have The Des Flynn Tractor Run commencing at 2.00pm. Registration is from 12 noon and proceeds go to the Irish Heart Foundation, Castleconnor Defibrillator Fund and the GAA Club. €20 per tractor and there will be some great spot prizes afterwards in the raffle. Plenty of refreshments will be served to all participants and supporters present on the day as usual. After the run you can sit back, relax and enjoy action from the GAA All Ireland Football semi-finals live on the big screens inside. Meanwhile fun and activities for the kids and future stars of the club will be held on the GAA pitch from 2 - 5pm. Cow Dung Bingo commences at 5pm, with Betsy out to do her business! There will also be a turf auction taking place during the day and We have live music on Sunday night from 4 Way's Band.
Looking forward to a good weekend.
